Hiking in the High Fens: what's currently possible?

Now that the fire in the High Fens is under control, the obvious questions are: can I visit the High Fens? What can I do there? Where am I not allowed to go? And what other rules should I bear in mind?

Here's a quick overview:

Some areas of the High Fens nature reserve were spared by the fire and are accessible again: the Fagne de Setai, the Fagne de Faineu, Neûr Lowé, Lonlou, the Fagne de la Poleur, Herbôfaye, Brackvenn,...

The access roads are open again and the official car parks are accessible. The infrastructure and HoReCa establishments (i.e. restaurants and cafés) have also reopened.
