So as well as hiking, you can also discover the High Fens by bike. There are a number of suggested routes, but you can also create your own itinerary using the cycle route planner.
Starting from the Nature park centre - Botrange, an educational route, the "The moor route", of around 27km, has been set up to discover the mythical landscapes of the High Fens and to learn more about the fauna ans flora in a fun way. You can also hire bikes directly from the Nature park centre - Botrange.
The RAVeL Vennbahn also runs along the fens near Sourbrodt. The route between Monschau and Waimes/Weismes will take you through the typical landscape of the fens as far as the eye can see.
