The municipality is situated in the far south of East Belgium, right on the border with Luxembourg and Germany. It is defined by its sweeping valleys, dense forests, and picturesque villages.

In the centre of Burg-Reuland, free parking is available at the “Kulturhaus”. Additionally, you will find further parking options in most of the municipality's villages and along the Vennbahn route.

Accessible excursions with minimal barriers are possible along the Vennbahn cycle and hiking path.

The best way to reach Burg-Reuland by public transport is to travel by train to Verviers and then take the 395 bus (via Malmedy and St. Vith). Alternatively, you can take the train to Eupen and board the E23 bus, or travel by train to Gouvy and take the 848 bus (beware: doesn’t circulate everyday) towards St. Vith.

While several villages in the municipality are connected to the bus network, please be aware that this does not apply to all of them. We recommend checking your connections on letec.be before booking your accommodation.

Furthermore, please note that bicycles are not permitted on board the buses.

The bus lines serving the area are the E23, 395, and 848.

Public toilets are located in the “Kulturhaus” at Von-Orley-Straße 24 in Burg-Reuland.

TEC bus tickets can be bought via the TEC app, at ticket machines and sales points, or directly from the driver.

SNCB train tickets are available via their app, at station machines, or at the ticket office.

There are several taxi providers operating in the surrounding area: fahrmit.be.
