The cuisine in the hotel-restaurant "Zur Alten Mühle" reflects the diversity of the region. Regional dishes meet a touch of French cuisine, whereby the chef attaches great importance to the freshness and origin of the ingredients. Beef, pork and veal come from Eifel farms - the tasty trout from the neighbouring Our.
Varied menu according to the season
Game dishes are a speciality of the hotel. In autumn, hunters bring the game from the forests of the Our valley to the kitchen, thus guaranteeing freshness and high quality. On warm days, the summer menu offers mainly light and refreshing dishes such as salads and cold fish dishes. During the asparagus season, asparagus naturally sets the tone and is processed in all its facets. When the weather is good, the food is also served on the large terrace.
