Our young kitchen team at the Hotel Bütgenbacher Hof is constantly developing new culinary ideas. The chefs are supported by up to 5 apprentices and face the challenge of spoiling our house guests and our external guests daily!

Fresh seasonal ingredients and products from the region are the core of our concept. For several years now, the team has been working with certified producers from the "Made in East Belgium" initiative. Whether meat, fish, bread, fruit, vegetables or chocolate, our guests can be sure that all products are of the best quality and are served without long transport routes. Based on the appreciation for good products, the team develops menus that demonstrate the art of cooking! Modern recipes inspired from all over the world not only delight the guests - the Gault Millau testers were also very satisfied and awarded the kitchen with a toque!

The kitchen creates a daily changing menu for our house guests and external guests. In addition, anyone who would like to embark on a culinary journey may do so with a gourmet menu that meets the highest standards. One of our classics that should not be missing from the menu is the Chateau-Briand! A juicy piece of local beef with Béarnaise sauce, French fries and lots of market vegetables. Furthermore, our bistro menu will delight those guests who want to have a small snack in the afternoon.
