At the Hotel Bütgenbacher Hof, a young team works together and is constantly developing new culinary ideas. Four chefs, constantly supported by up to four trainees, meet the challenge of indulging the guests every day!

Fresh seasonal ingredients and regional products are the foundations of the concept. For several years now, the team has been working with accredited producers of the label "Made in East Belgium". Be it meat, fish, bread, fruit and vegetables or even chocolate, the guest can be sure that all products are of the best quality and come freshly onto the table, without needing long transports. Based on the appreciation of good ingredients, the team develops menus that prove the art of cooking! Modern, french-inspired recipes not only inspire the guests - the testers of Gault Millau were also very satisfied and gave the kitchen 14 points!

Every day, the house guests are offered a daily menu. In addition, the kitchen offers a seasonally adapted monthly menu. Gourmets will find pleasure in the gourmet menu that sets new accents four times a year. And all those who like to be surprised can choose a surprise menu that meets the highest standards. Moreover, the kitchen always presents two regional specialities that reflect the original cooking in East Belgium. And: the bistro menu satisfies all those who would like to eat just a snack or to "casually" enjoy a meal in the newly designed winter garden! Of course, a well-assorted wine list completes the pleasure perfectly - and the selection of aperitifs, digestifs and beers also leaves nothing to be desired.
