Image rights

  1. I hereby irrevocably grant the East Belgium Tourist Agency the right to use for promotional purposes – without restriction in terms of duration, place or content – the images that I have supplied.
  2. The granting of rights of use extends to all currently known types of use and also includes reproduction, distribution, digitization, public access and public display. The imagess may therefore be used in both digital and analog formats in all relevant media (e.g. online use of any kind, any print use, interactive and multimedia use, etc.) and stored in databases, in so far as they are accessible online.
  3. While respecting my personal rights, the images may be edited or adapted (e.g. in montage, in combination with other images, texts or graphics, with image manipulation, colouring etc).
  4. My attribution remains at the discretion of the authorized user.
  5. The image creator grants the East Belgium Tourist Agency the right to place the images in its central media and image database, and to allow access to them for research. This granting of rights also includes the right of the East Belgium Tourist Agency to issue further licences for the purpose of promoting the destination or its infrastructure.

Affirmation and Release from Liability

  1. I affirm that the East Belgium Tourist Agency has unrestricted rights to use these images and that the photos are free of third-party rights.
  2. I affirm that any persons depicted consent to publication, unless such consent is not required.
  3. I release the East Belgium Tourist Agency from any liability resulting from an infringement of image rights.
