An attractive unit is formed by the charming place Bütgenbach, mentioned for the first time in the 9th century, which borders directly on the reservoir with a well-known leisure center. Along the lake rare daffodil meadows are passed before following the Warche through its graceful valley. Over the scenic meadow areas of Belgium's highest region, Büllingen soon comes into view. Wide fields continue up to Honsfeld, then lead through an enchanting forest to the Belgian-German border.
