It starts at the Eupen Wetzlarbad. Shortly after the Black Bridge, the first trail along the hill begins. Over gravel paths and technical uphill sections, it goes towards the Wesertalsperre. There are a few challenging ascents and demanding descents. After another detour towards the Wesertalsperre, it goes over Schönefeld and a longer trail descent towards Schorberg. In the immediate vicinity of the town, there are some flowing and technical trails here, occasionally with ramps and drops. Special caution is required here. Those who are unsure can always bypass the obstacles. Through the Eupen lower town, you proceed to the last section of the route, where nature can be enjoyed once more. The route ends after a longer descent at the Eupen bike park. This is only accessible with special protective clothing and suitably equipped bikes. The most important details can be found on the information boards on site.

    Author’s recommendation

In the Eupen lower town as well as at the Wesertalsperre, you can wonderfully relax with an ice cream or coffee.
