"It is better to experience a thing once than to hear it a hundred times" says an ancient proverb. That's why, from the very beginning, 'experience and understand with all your senses' has been the focus of the forest nature trail in Heppenbach / Halenfeld. The aim is to acquaint people more closely with the beauty and diversity of the forest, but also with its need for protection. This educational trail is enhanced by eleven objects of natural art, created in a competition by artists from all over the Euregio. There are also 4 other art objects with an educational background.
