An 800-metre-long nature trail featuring ten illustrated and interactive modules on the following topics: peat bogs, trees, geology, ponds, weather, water purification and much more.
These educational modules make up the ‘Colours of the Venn’ nature trail. Along the trail, you can learn about native tree species and the creatures that inhabit the ponds and woodland. The complex subject of geography is also covered here: you’ll discover why, despite being at a high altitude, the landscape looks unfamiliar. In another module, you’ll learn how to make a weather forecast based on specific parameters. And after taking in all this information, you can relax in a relaxation area on the ‘nature’ deckchairs, which are situated beneath a willow dome.
