The educational trail is located opposite the Nature Park Centre on a spot where spruce wood once concealed the view. Some peculiar wood constructions are to be seen on this open ground of about 4 ha.

These constructions are in fact part of the educational trail “The Colours of the Fens”. They provide information on the native trees and forest dwellers as well as the life in the ponds. The complex geography of this area is also a topic of this trail: Discover why, despite being at a mountain height, you do not recognise the landscape. Or how to provide a weather forecast with the use of a few parameters.

If you need a break, take some time to relax on the nature deckchairs placed under a willow roof.

Accessible to everyone and well adapted to disabled people, these new facilities will give you wonderful moments on site, at the Nature Park Centre Botrange.
