events that do not respect :
– the peace and quiet of the premises and the neighbourhood,
– the integrity of the building and its surroundings.
In the event of non-compliance with these restrictions, the owner reserves the right to
to terminate the stay, without formal notice and without reimbursement, even partial, of the rental price,
of the rental price.
