The holiday home is located directly next to the Eifel–High Fens Nature Park and borders the Natura 2000 nature reserve. A restaurant and a café are located nearby.
The house is seven years old and is also used as a guesthouse by the Samadello family. The name “Le Volpi 32” refers to the Italian family history of the Samadello family, who have been settled here in Küchelscheid for three generations. The guesthouse is fully accessible, and the holiday apartment is also barrier-free inside (bathroom, floors, access to the balcony). A parking space for your car is located directly at the house.
The apartment has a living area of 65 m², is located on the ground floor, and consists of a kitchen with dining area and living space, a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony, which can be used as a terrace, is located above the landlords’ orchard and offers an unobstructed view of the small Schwarzbach valley.
Upon leaving the house, you can immediately start hiking on the extensive network of trails in the High Fens or use the nearby Vennbahn cycle path (RAVeL) for long cycling tours.
