Luxurious "Green Key" holiday home with wellness area, located in the heart of the Ardennes-Eifel Nature Park. Cyclists welcome. Charges are included in the rental price.
Our eco-responsible holiday home is located in the countryside near the village of Schönberg. Germany and Luxembourg are also nearby. The house can accommodate up to 15 people and is equipped with all modern comforts. It is designed with natural and warm materials. The living room is the central point of the house, where you can chat at the bar, play a game of one-armed bandit or relax by the fire. The functional dining room is adjoined by a large fully equipped kitchen. The 5 bedrooms, with their private bathrooms, are located on the first floor. They are beautifully furnished and provide box-spring beds. On arrival, there is nothing to worry about! Everything is prepared, beds are made, towels are provided and the house is heated.
For your well-being, a wood-fired whirlpool and a Finnish sauna under the starry sky await you. The sunny terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a dining area. Our authentic Ofyr barbecue will grill your meat all year round. For your outdoor recreation, there is a playground, a campfire and a sports field where you can play football, basketball and volleyball. This area can also be used as a secure parking area for motorbikes.
Around the house, there are numerous signposted hiking, cycling and jogging trails, as well as routes for motorcyclists. The large cellar provides safe storage for bicycles and there is also a washing and drying area. Ideal for sports groups.
Out of respect for the neighbourhood, no parties of any kind are permitted. Quietness is required from 10 pm onwards. The house is not suitable for youth groups.
The rental price of our holiday home includes all charges: cleaning, electricity and heating (including wood), bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, visitor's tax and rubbish bags. The deposit is 500 euros.
