Former railway line from Waimes via Malmedy to Trois-Ponts.

This 'green route of the former prince-bishopric' invites the visitor to get to know the valleys of the Warche and Amel in a new way. Short stopovers in the lovely little towns of Malmedy and Stavelot are definitely worth it. A great discovery tour for the whole family. The whole route is tarred.
Author’s recommendation
In Malmedy visitors are recommended to visit the Malmundarium and the cathedral. In Stavelot you shouldn't miss the abbey and its museums, whilst in Trois-Ponts it's only two kilometres to the waterfall at Coo. Regional delicacies such as 'baiser de Malmedy' are things you should certainly have tried.
