The evening's programme revolves around the theme of interpersonal relationships in all their facets. From pop songs specially arranged for mixed choir to modern interpretations of folk songs and traditional pieces written for choir, the audience can expect a diverse selection of musical styles.
The works performed will take the audience on an emotional journey through various aspects of human relationships - from love and friendship to separation and reunion. Through the powerful combination of music and text, the nuances and facets of these diverse feelings will be creatively expressed. The concert invites us to explore the different ways in which happiness and contentment can be found in our interpersonal relationships.
The East Belgian vocal ensemble will perform works by renowned groups and artists such as Maybebop, Oliver Gies, Pentatonix, Ed Sheeran, The Real Group, Annett Louisan and Daft Punk. The singers will be accompanied by Aline Beckers (piano and cello) and Martin Schommer (percussion).
Admission to the concert is free, but donations in favour of Hof Peters are welcome.
