Regular short but tough climbs get your circulation going. The remoteness of this route helps you to forget your everyday life and puts a smile on your face. From St. Vith, the route runs southwards over the Prümerberg towards Lommersweiler. Time after time, it crosses the Vennbahn. And there’s water everywhere. Around Maspelt the profile gets somewhat steeper.
Author’s recommendation
On the way back, the route takes you along the St. Vith Technik Trail Park (at the swimming-pool in Wiesenbach). Anyone who still feels like it can ride some of the signposted trails here. But take care – the black piste, above all, is not suitable for beginners.
